BLIZZARD (Sebastian Valderrama) is one of the most popular artists in the Bolivian trance scene. His musical talent is outstanding as each and every track that he has ever made has become a huge hit on the dance floors in all clubs. His participation in a compiled album, Va – Breaking The Wall, is one of the most highly anticipated albums of 2009.
 
Starting his musical career as a member in several Bolivian rock and Grunge bands, Sebas soon discovered his technical ability to hear frequencies and so he started his electronic trance music project in 2004. Sebastian went his own way to produce his own music and he got to play in many festivals such as earthdance 2005 festival in the La Paz Bolivia, Mixed Exploused & Psychedelicus in cochabamba Bolivia
